Shane Radbone has enjoyed a successful business career and sporting career. Shane played SANFL and AFL football with Sturt and the Essendon Football Clubs and begun his own business, Executive Fitness Management, which became the largest Corporate Fitness business in Australia from one customer to more than 3,500 clients. He then became CEO of Wendy’s then moved to VIP Home Services. During his 5 years, as CEO at Wendy’s, he took the business from $75m to $120m. In 2009, Shane became the CEO of an ASX publicly listed franchise company, a position he held until just recently. In 2010, Shane became COO of 7-Eleven, the market leader in Australia in convenience sector.
